Rules

Eligibility: The Your Pet Supply Store Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open all countries who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Contest is subject to all applicable regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

1. Digital photos will be accepted online beginning September 1, 2023 and run until November 15, 2023.
2. It is free to submit your photo or photos (no video) and vote on a favourite photo. You can vote every hour for a different photo you like.
3. Your are able to edit and delete your photo(s) yourself.
4. Complete the entry form and submit your photo in a JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF format. (JPEG/JPG is the preferred form). All photos must be in focus and of good quality (brightness and contrast). Photo size should be at least 600 pixels wide by 40 pixels tall in order to minimize photo distortion online.
5. All submitted photos are subject to review by Your Pet Supply Store for inappropriate/offensive content (those entries will not be permitted and YOU WILL BE BLOCKED).
6. Photos may contain one or multiple animals - photos containing humans will not be accepted.
7. Photographs may not be edited or altered (other than contrast, or sharpness adjustments).
8. Photographs may not be embellished with text or art and must not be copyrighted or watermarked.
9. Photographs must contain pets (your own animal) no humans.
10. Photographs must include the name of the person who took the photo, as well as those featured in the photograph. Photographs taken by a minor must be submitted by a legal guardian.
11. You can enter 2 photos so make it your best!
12. All submitted photos and information become the property of Your Pet Supply Store to be used at our discretion for any and all marketing purposes without any compensation.
13. If you would like to donate, you are welcome to do so by Donating Here. It would really help to grow our site. All donations are non refundable. Entries must be made via the online contest page.
14. All online payments are made through Paypal - both credit and debit card transactions will be accepted.
15. Your Pet Supply Store is not responsible for any technical problems or for late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
16. Winners will be selected by the most overall votes.
17. Winners will be notified no later than 5 days after the contest has closed.
18. Winning pet photos will be highlighted on our site.

Prizes

First Prize: $100 USD Your Pet Supply Store Gift Card Code.
Second Prize: $50 Your Pet Supply Store Gift Card Code.
Third Prize: $25 USD Your Pet Supply Store Gift Card Code.
